Thoughts on Buttons

• Try to limit the number of different colored buttons that we are using. While Bootstrap does provide us with contentual classes for states info, success, warning, these states are not easily interpreted and confuse the site's color pallet.
• All buttons should have at minimum btn and btn-{default, primary, etc.} classes
